My services are divided into three areas: Management of Change, Visual Communication, and Employee Training. The primary focus is on supporting change initiatives (Management of Change). The other two areas complement this work effectively and can be integrated as needed or commissioned independently.

Training
In the area of employee training, I develop targeted training strategies, tailored training concepts, and concrete learning content - from eLearning modules to interactive workshops and in-class trainings. I create learning formats that are didactically sound, practical, and motivating.

The goal is to empower employees to approach new processes, systems, or ways of working with confidence and proper preparation.
